- Secretary and Treasurer:
bill and collect dues from members
- Secretary: process termination
of membership for those who failed to meet the semi-annual period 60%
attendance requirements of Rotary
- Secretary and Treasurer:
mail Semi-Annual Report and dues payments to RI and to District
- Club: print Club Roster
- AUGUST
- Club: begin new membership
campaign!
- Secretary and Treasurer:

the Officers and Meeting Information Form for RI, District Secretary and

- JANUARY
- Secretary: process termination

mail Semi-Annual Report and dues payments to RI and to District
- President: announce
District Assembly (usually
held in March) and District Conference
(usually held in April)
- Secretary:begin early
registrations for District
Assembly and P.E.T.S.
- FEBRUARY
- MARCH
- APRIL
- MAY
- President: hold election
of voting delegates from your Club to the International Convention (even
if none are going to attend)
- Secretary: prepare voting
credentials for voting delegates to International Convention
- President-Elect work
with "board-elect" to prepare committee assignments for the
next Rotary Year in your Club
- JUNE
- President: review the
Rotary Year now ending and report to the Club; provide report and any
other appropriate documents to the Club Historian, Club History Committee
or the Club Secretary
- Club:installation of
officers and directors for the next Rotary Year
- Club: recognition of
outgoing officers and directors
- Secretary: prepare RI
Semi-Annual Report for mailing after June 30th
- President-Elect and
Secretary-Elect prepare rough draft of Club
Roster for final adjustments around July 1st, and printing as early in
July as possible
- President-Elect and
Secretary-Elect note the date of the District
Governor's Official Visit and schedule planning accordingly
Recurring Monthly Schedule
- President
- regular Club meetings each week
- regular board meetings each month
- Secretary
- maintain Club attendance records
- handle Club correspondence and Club records
- District attendance report to District
Governor and District Secretary following last meeting of the month
- report membership changes to RI and to
District Secretary promptly
- alert members to attendance problems with
regard to the Rotary requirements
- Treasurer
- provide monthly financial reports to the Club
- pay bills of the Club promptly, with proper
authorization
- President-Elect
- assist the President in running the Club and
learn and prepare
- Bulletin Editor
- weekly or monthly Club Bulletin
District Governor's Official Visit
- Prepare at least a month in advance
- Have Committee Report from each Committee ready for the
Governor
- Special Meeting of the Board of Directors and Club leadership
with the Governor
- Regular Club Meeting with the Governor
- Send any follow-up information or reports suggested by
the Governor during his visit
