Short-Term Youth Exchange Application
Deadline is 15 DECEMBER to your local Rotary Club for the Following Summer

The Rotary International Short Term Youth Exchange application is available on line in an interactive Adobe Acrobat PDF format. Click here to download this form that can be completed on your computer. PLEASE NOTE that the interactive form can not be saved with your information, so print it out after completing in one session. The form is to be filled out by the student, their parents and sponsoring Rotary Club. To find out more about contacting your local Rotary Club, get any questions answered regarding short term exchanges, or to have a hard copy of the application form mailed to you, contact Yume Rudzinski by email at yume@a226.com
